Complete Design: From start to finish, we work with our clients to create an event that represents their desires. We will suggest or locate the venue, contact and hire vendors, negotiate contracts, plan the design and aesthetics of the event, as well as orchestrate all of the "details" of the event. We can also arrange transportation, accommodations, itineraries, and gift bags for out-of-town guests, as well as track invitations and create seating charts to meet all of your organizational needs.

Partial Planning: Quite often, a bride begins planning her wedding; a location is set, the vendors contracted, and the wedding is on its way to being essentially planned. With the Partial Planner Package, Triumph Events will enter the planning of the event at any point before the wedding, become acquainted with the vendors, review contracts, and relieve the stress of the bride, at which point we become the spokesperson and main contact on the bride's behalf, and complete the remainder of the planning. This allows the bride to relax in the days leading up to her big day.

Wedding Assistant: Many brides will want to do all the planning for their wedding themselves. Along the way, however, there will be times when they would like some advice or a second opinion. Not every bride will have qualified friends or relatives to consult. Which flower arrangement is appropriate? Which gown looks best? Is this a good price for the catering? When our clients need an assistant, we are ready to help.

Wedding Day Coordination: We meet with all the vendors, visit the event location, and prepare both the ceremony and reception sites for the wedding. We also handle any issue that may arise during the event, help in preparation of the bride and bridal party, and organize all of the "last minute" details. In addition, we can coordinate the rehearsal, so to ensure a smoothly run event.
