What is a major event?
A major event is any event that requires the use of an event manager. This could be because of the:
- logistical complexity
- number of attendees
- location of the venue
- amount being invested
- strategic importance to the business

Pricing
Our fee is typically 15% of the total event cost plus expenses. I say typically because, unlike your realtor, we will give discounts for very large events. With our experience in managing events and based upon the volume of business we do with some vendors, we are able to secure discounts and special perks which you may not be able to do on your own. One client actually saved money by securing a professional event manager because he was able to reduce their event expenses by more than 20%!
