"Randal was responsible for the oversight of several important events for Syngenta. He helped redefine new product launches with two major shows organized and hosted in Mexico. The shows were big successes that repositioned our organization in the market place and provided the foundation for a major expansion plan into Mexico.

He also helped to organized the first all-employee meeting held by our company. This meeting was important to define our corporate culture and to set our strategy.
